About the Cook

Aunty Molly's is managed by Toni McLean, who learned her basic culinary skills from her mother who was catering manageress for one of England's best known toy and bicycle manufacturers "Pedigree" and "Raleigh".

It is policy to cook to please the patrons, so we specialise in meals that have proved popular with our bus tour patrons. Fine cuisine and vegetarian meals are also available in our restaurant.

The staff is loyal and supportive, always ready to step in and help. All cooks follow strict procedures to ensure consistency.
